All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. When we receive your order, it will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Out of stock items will be processed in 5 to 7 business days. The transit time will depend on what area of the country the items are being shipped to. If you would like to have your items shipped to you via Express, Next Day, Second Day, etc., please send us an email and we will send you a shipping quote. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking/shipping confirmation via email. Please make sure that if you need a shipping quote for express shipping, you include the item numbers, how many, and a complete ship-to address.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Orders up to $40.00 - $7.95 Shipping Charge
Orders from $40.01 to $80.00 - $8.95 Shipping Charge
Orders above $80.00 - The shipping is FREE!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them to us for a refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping.
Damaged Merchandise Policy
If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. You will need to provide UPS the tracking number, which will be on the shipping label. You will need to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the date you call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damaged package for inspection and send us the paperwork. We will either give you a refund or we will place another order for your product.
